Gorman Cellars Tasting at Wicked Cellars

Gorman Cellars Tasting at Wicked Cellars
Chris Gorman spent over a decade in the Seattle wine trade, representing some of the finest wines in the world and traveling extensively through the wine regions of Italy, Spain and Germany. During those early years he produced small batches of wine, using fruit from many of Washington's finest vineyards, and in 2002 went commercial.

Since then Gorman Winery has been producing super-premium wines in Woodinville with production focused on red wines from the Red Mountain AVA and small-lot barrel-fermented Chardonnay from the Conner Lee Vineyard.

White Heron Cellars is located on its vineyard property, the Mariposa Vineyard outside the ghost town of Trinidad. Washington, between Quincy and Wenatchee, overlooking the beautiful Columbia River, Crescent Bar Resort, and the foothills of the distant Cascade Mountains.

Owners and vintners, Cameron and Phyllis Fries started White Heron Cellars in 1986 and began making their wine in a converted gas station in George, Washington. Times have changed and things have improved for them greatly since then. They've built a new winery right at their vineyard site
