About the Tasting Event:
Lombardi’s General Manager
Nate Barber, Chef Chris Viner and the event staff created a five-course dinner menu
pairing selected beers and wines to challenge our palette. Did the beer or the
wine pair better with course?
After each course we all
voted. The result surprised us all…
The wines were provided by Goose Ridge Wines http://gooseridge.com/ and the beer Merchant
du Vin Beer http://www.merchantduvin.com/index.php
Each pairing was explained
by Chef Chris Viner, Merchant du Vin Beer John Gilroy and Goose Ridge Wines Julie Hillman
