3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup dry Marsala .
1/4 cup lemon juice (or to taste)
3/4 cup heavy cream (substitute:
half-and-half)
Capers to taste
Italian seasonings (thyme, garlic, marjoram,
onion, rosemary, oregano, savory and Sage)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, pan
roasted lemon slices and chopped fresh parsley to garnish
