"Inspired by a beautiful Lake Stevens native, Luca Nasti moved to the United States in 1994 from Naples, Italy. The journey began in 1990 when he met his future wife, as her family was station in Naples. After dating for a few years Luca’s love was moved back to Lake Stevens with her parents and it wasn’t until February 28, 1994 that Luca bought a one-way ticket and came to the U.S. to reunite with his true love and soon to be wife. The Nasti family was united in marriage less than a month later, March 17, 1994. After many years of working, Luca found his passion and decided to bring the taste from his home town in Italy to Lake Stevens, by opening up Luca’s Ristorante and Pizza in 2003" - Luca’s Ristorante and Pizza website

Phelps Creek Vineyards is an Oregon winery founded by owner Robert Morus in beautifully scenic Hood River, Oregon. The winery sources fruit from its own Phelps Creek Estate Vineyards as well as other top quality vineyards on both sides of the Columbia River within the Columbia Gorge AVA.
Phelps Creek has a sister winery, Mt. Defiance Winery, also owned and operated by Robert Morus in Troutdale, Oregon.
