Lombardi’s Neighborhood Italian Restaurant’s Everett Carabella Vineyard Wine Tasting and Little Bites

Lombardi’s Neighborhood Italian Restaurant’s Everett
Lombardi’s Neighborhood Italian Restaurant’s Everett hosted Carabella Vineyard to another in their series of informal ‘small bites’ wine tastings. Lombardi’s staff put together a fine menu to match Carabella Burgundian style Chardonnay with minimal oak, Alsatian style Pinot Gris and their elegance Pinot Noir’s.

Lombardi’s Neighborhood Italian Restaurant’s Everett Carabella Vineyard Wine Tasting and Little Bites
Carabella Vineyard is a 58 acre site on the southeast side of Parrett Mountain in the new Chehalem Mountains AVA, North Willamette Valley. The wines are made exclusively from Carabella Vineyard fruit. Twenty seven acres are planted to five pinot noir clones on the southeast slope with an altitude of between 500 and 600 feet.
